    Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
    Cancellations and Refunds
    All cancellations and refunds must be submitted via email from the email address listed on the registration form and adhere to the timelines specified below:
    To receive a full refund of the ticket and/or bus price (does not include any web pay processing fees) request must be submitted on or before June 15, 2016.
    To receive 90%  refund of the ticket and/or bus price (does not include any web pay processing fees) request must be submitted between the dates of July 16 through July 15, 2016.
    No refunds after July 16, 2016. No exceptions.

    Transfers:
    All tickets are fully transferable to the person of your choice up until the day of the trip.  Requests for transfers must be submitted via email from the address provided on the registration form and to include the name and contact information of the person you will  transfer the ticket to.
    Payment Plan Information
    Payments can be made in 3 monthly installments.
    1st Payment of $40 for bus & ticket purchase or $30 for ticket only is due on or before June 18, 2016 and will reserve your space on the bus of your choice.
    2nd payment of $30 for bus & ticket or $20 for ticket only is due on or before July 2, 2016.
    3rd payment of $30 for bus & ticket or $20 for ticket only is due on or before July 16, 2016.

    Please include a 5% processing fee for all website transactions. 
    Once this form has been submitted proceed to the donations link to remit payment.
