Intimacy 101 is an eight week course that introduces intimacy in all types of relationships. It will provide understanding of how to operate in communities the way Yahweh has intended us to. 

Course Topics include:

• Discovering our intimacy needs.

• Understanding and regulating our emotions.

• Responding to other's emotions.

• Recognizing unhealthy relationships.

• Building Healthy relationships

• Understanding how we are programmed for relationships.
